Movement and Fitness Training

The Movement & Fitness Training classes focus mainly on having fun while exercising. The exercises are designed to be more playful and without pressure.  There are variations in exercises, depending on the age of the children. Most exercises are based on a Full Body Workout that is accompanied by music.
The key goals of the exercises are to improve endurance, strength and the flexibility of the children.

 

These classes are offered in German and English on a weekly basis.
